{"id":14828,"date":"2017-07-23T09:57:40","date_gmt":"2017-07-23T13:57:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gunpoliticsny.com\/?p=14828"},"modified":"2017-07-23T09:57:40","modified_gmt":"2017-07-23T13:57:40","slug":"brown-leading-in-buffalo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.gunpoliticsny.com\/?p=14828","title":{"rendered":"Brown leading in Buffalo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Buffalo News reports that <a href=\"http:\/\/buffalonews.com\/2017\/07\/21\/full-story-mayor-brown-raising-4-every-1-schroeder-gets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">incumbent Buffalo Mayor Byron brown is seriously ahead in fundraising<\/a> over his Democrat rivals:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.byronbrown.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mayor Byron W. Brown<\/a> has more than a half million dollars in his campaign chest, far ahead of his opponents in the Democratic primary for City Hall&#8217;s top job. The three-term incumbent in the last six months raised almost $440,000, four times more than <a href=\"http:\/\/www.markjfschroeder.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mark J.F.
