to gun rights"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From Bloomberg.com, &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/apps\/news?pid=20601087&amp;sid=aPI35t8uR6Gs\" target=\"_blank\">Kagan Was \u2018Not Sympathetic\u2019 as Law Clerk to Gun-Rights Argument<\/a>&#8220;:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;Elena Kagan said as a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\" target=\"_blank\">U.S. Supreme Court<\/a> law clerk in 1987 that she was \u201cnot sympathetic\u201d toward a man who contended that his constitutional rights were violated when he was convicted for carrying an unlicensed pistol. \u00a0Kagan &#8230;
