Because <a href=\"http:\/\/www.troyrecord.com\/article\/TR\/20170603\/NEWS\/170609932\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the party has endorsed Chris Meyer<\/a>, Steve needs these for a primary ballot in September.<\/p>\n<p>Petitions being circulated for him and Meyer.
