Jim Tedisco<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.timesunion.com\/capitol\/archives\/271266\/tedisco-cuomo-joked-to-senate-gop-about-how-little-he-campaigned-for-dems\/\" target=\"_blank\">admits the obvious<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;&#8230; Tedisco said he was impressed by what he described as the governor\u2019s candor about their partisan differences. He recalled that someone in the room noted to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.governor.ny.gov\" target=\"_blank\">Cuomo<\/a> that he had campaigned against a few members of the chamber\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nysenategop.net\" target=\"_blank\">GOP conference<\/a> in the most recent election cycle. \u201c(Cuomo) said, \u2018You can\u2019t call that campaigning,&#8217;\u201d Tedisco said \u2014 a sentiment sure to warm the hearts of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newyorksenatedems.com\" target=\"_blank\">Senate\u2019s mainline Democratic conference<\/a>. The governor \u201cmentioned he had $19 million in the bank (for his campaign committee),\u201d Tedisco added. \u201cHe mentioned he could use that money very aggressively, and that he didn\u2019t.
