\u201cThe data makes one thing abundantly clear: New York\u2019s strong gun laws are being undermined at every turn by lax laws in other states,\u201d Schneiderman said. \u201cEven as we work to make our streets safer, the illegal guns most often used in violent crimes continue to pour into our state.\u201d &#8230;&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Then why don&#8217;t states like Virginia with &#8220;lax&#8221;
