In an interview on <a href=\"http:\/\/albany.twcnews.com\/content\/politics\/capital_tonight\/\" target=\"_blank\">Capital Tonight<\/a> last week, Cahill insisted he would uphold the law as attorney general, even if he was uncomfortable with aspects of it &#8230;
