If that includes the Military and Police……… so be it. But the Constitution of the US (2A) protects us against such tyrannical absurdity. The Gov’t shall not be more powerful than it’s citizenry. It’s “We the People”. It would also be a good idea to insist that the US Constitution be a mandatory subject throughout Grade School.
Other than this being new york, I would think this is a joke.
1 round every 6 days? Can’t assail that logic!
So buy your ammo elsewhere.
