There has been a decision in NYSRPA’s lawsuit against New York City challenging Title 38. We lost. The legal team is reviewing the ruling and considering the options.

Google “constitutional law / interest balancing / intermediate scrutiny”. Then read these decisions. This is how the progressives destroyed the constitution.
